Who we are
Ana Rousseau Photography is the trading name of Rousseau Solutions, LLC, a photography studio in Cape Coral, Florida. Questions about this policy or about your information: anadrousseau@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Style-guide sign-up — your email address (and first name, if you give one), stored with our email service, Kit.
- Bookings — the details you enter on the scheduling page (name, email, phone, session preferences), handled by Acuity Scheduling.
- Payments — processed entirely by Stripe. Card numbers never touch this website.
- On your device — small browser preferences only: your language choice and whether you've closed the guide invitation. No advertising trackers, no analytics cookies.
How we use it
- To send the styling guide you asked for, plus occasional styling tips and seasonal-session emails — every one has a one-click unsubscribe.
- To manage your bookings: confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling.
- To process payments and send receipts.
- To reply when you contact us.
We never sell or rent your information.
Who handles data for us
A small set of services run this site, each under its own privacy policy: Kit (email), Acuity Scheduling (bookings), Stripe (payments), Pixieset (client galleries), and Vercel (website hosting).
Your photographs
Session photographs are governed by your session agreement — any use of your images in Ana's portfolio or on social media happens only with the permission set out there.
Children
Ana photographs babies and children at a parent's or guardian's request and with their consent. This website is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect their information.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time with the link in any message. You can also ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you — just email us. This includes rights under Brazil's LGPD and applicable U.S. law.
